Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the eh555 website located at eh555.pro (the "Platform"), including all associated services, games, promotions, and content made available by eh555 ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full functionality of the eh555 Platform, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge. You agree to the following obligations in connection with your account:

• You will provide accurate and complete personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, registered Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable.
• You will keep your account information up to date. Changes to your registered mobile number or payment details must be reported to the support team promptly to ensure continued access to deposits, withdrawals, and account recovery services.
• You consent to identity verification (KYC) procedures. eh555 may at any time request documentary evidence of your identity, age, address, or payment source. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
• You will not allow any other person to access or use your account. You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity.

eh555 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for 12 consecutive months. Prior to closure, you will receive written notice at your registered contact details with a 30-day window to log in and reactivate your account. Any remaining balance in an inactive account will be held securely and is returnable upon successful KYC verification.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions conducted through eh555 are subject to the following terms and conditions. Players are encouraged to review these carefully before making any deposit or withdrawal request:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly following confirmation of payment by the relevant mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or card network (Visa, Mastercard).
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted outside operating hours or during periods of high demand may take up to 24 hours to process.

• In the event that a deposit is credited to your account by error, you are obligated to notify eh555 support immediately. Any funds erroneously credited must not be wagered and will be reversed upon discovery. Deliberate use of erroneously credited funds is considered fraud and will result in account closure.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

eh555 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion. The following general rules apply to all bonuses issued by eh555:

• The standard welcome bonus at eh555 is a 100% match on your first qualifying deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The bonus is credited automatically upon receipt of the qualifying deposit. • All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the eh555 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and notification to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner, to gain an unfair advantage over other players, or to artificially accumulate bonus funds.
• Any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to circumvent the normal randomness of game outcomes or to exploit the Platform's bonus or promotional systems.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity, processing third-party funds through your account, or using the Platform in any manner that could constitute money laundering under applicable law.
• Attempting to access, copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software, infrastructure, game systems, or security mechanisms.
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming duplicate bonuses, circumventing a self-exclusion or account suspension, or any other purpose that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

In the event of closure for reasons other than a breach by the player, any verified remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment account within 5 business days, subject to satisfactory KYC verification. Bonus balances and associated pending winnings are forfeited upon account closure in all circumstances.
